Who does what in InternROI
The three roles — admin, supervisor and intern — and what each one sees.
Everyone in a programme has one of three roles. Each role sees different screens, and the separation is enforced by the system itself, not just by hiding buttons.
Runs the company account: programmes, plans, people, ROI, reports and billing.
Sees: Every programme’s costs and returns, and every submission.
Dashboard · programmes · All programmes · Emiratisation · Organisation · Billing
Reviews interns’ work: accepts it or asks for a re-do.
Sees: Only the interns assigned to them.
Never sees: The programme’s costs or returns.
Review queue · My interns
Does the work: tasks, submissions, progress and KPIs.
Sees: Their own tasks, work and feedback.
Never sees: Another intern’s work, or any cost or return figure.
My tasks · My KPIs · My record
Everyone has Notifications, My account and Sign out, and the Feedback button on every screen.
Admins
Admins run the company account. They create programmes, build their plans, add people, calculate the ROI, generate reports, and manage billing. An admin sees every programme’s costs and returns, and can read every submission.
The person who creates the company is its first admin and is shown as Admin · owner. Other admins can be invited — see Add another admin.
Admin menu: Dashboard, your programmes, All programmes, Emiratisation, Organisation and Billing.
Supervisors
Supervisors review their interns’ work: they accept it or ask for a re-do. A supervisor sees only the interns assigned to them, and never the programme’s costs or returns.
Supervisor menu: Review queue and My interns. See For supervisors.
Interns
Interns do the work: they see their own tasks, submit work, and follow their progress and KPIs. An intern never sees another intern’s work, or any cost or return figure.
Intern menu: My tasks, My KPIs and My record. See For interns.
Everyone
At the foot of every menu are Notifications, My account and Sign out. The Feedback button on every screen sends a note straight to our team.
