No VAT is added. Monthly or annual. Annual is billed in advance; monthly renews until you stop it, which you can do at any time.
Tiers by size, never by integrity.
The methodology engine, the append-only record and report versioning are in every tier. They are the product; they are not an upgrade.
Start monthly and stop whenever you like, or pay for the year and get two months free.
Renews each month until you stop it. Stop any time.
Single
1 concurrent programme, up to 15 interns.
Department
3 concurrent programmes, up to 45 interns.
Business
6 concurrent programmes, up to 90 interns.
Group
Several organisations, unlimited programmes, separated data.
Signing up is free and needs no card, and the two worked example programmes open at once. Verify your company and 14 days of full access follow. Or ask us about a tier.
14 days free, no card
Verify your company and the whole product opens for a fortnight. Nothing reaches Stripe until you choose a plan.
Monthly plans stop any time
A monthly plan renews until you stop it — from your billing screen, in one click, with no notice period. You keep everything to the end of the month you have paid for.
Annual plans refunded before your first launch
Pay for the year and change your mind within 14 days, before you launch a programme on it, and the whole fee comes back.
Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Finished programmes and their reports stay readable, and a programme already running carries on to completion.
Pilot
Ninety days, one programme of up to ten interns, the whole product behind it. One payment: a platform and setup fee, plus a fee for each intern. The platform and setup fee is credited against an annual plan bought within sixty days of the pilot ending.

Can we pay monthly?
Yes — on Single, Department and Business, by card. A monthly plan renews each month until you stop it, and you can stop it at any time from your billing screen: no notice period, and you keep everything to the end of the month you have paid for. Paying for the year instead gets you two months free, and a year is paid once and never renews.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Verify your company and you get 14 days of full access, no card required. The frozen, board-ready report is available on subscription — everything else, including the two worked sample programmes, is open from the moment you sign up.
Is VAT included?
No VAT is added. The price you see is the price invoiced.
How do we stop?
A monthly plan stops with one button on your billing screen, any time. Nothing more is charged and your access runs to the end of the paid month. An annual plan and the Pilot are paid once and simply end; we remind you before they do, and never charge again without you.
How is the Pilot priced?
A platform and setup fee of AED 3,500, plus AED 750 for each intern. You say how many interns when you order, up to 10, and pay once — so the most it can come to is AED 11,000.
Refunds?
On an annual plan, a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as you have not yet launched a programme on the paid term. On a monthly plan, stop at any time — the month already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded. The Pilot is not refunded either; its platform and setup fee is credited against an annual plan bought within sixty days of the pilot ending. That credit is not combined with another discount — the larger of the two applies.
What if we outgrow a tier mid-programme?
Limits are about how much you run at once, never about what the record or the report contains. On the tiers, intern counts are soft — you will be told, never blocked. The Pilot is the exception: it covers the number of interns it was ordered for, and more can be added to it at the same per-intern fee, up to 10 in all. Move up a tier whenever you need another concurrent programme.
