When a plan ends, and refunds
What keeps working after a plan ends, renewal reminders, and the refund policy.
What does not change
- A programme you have launched runs to completion, whatever happens to your subscription. Only starting a new one needs an active plan.
- Finished programmes and their reports stay readable.
- Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. What stops is launching a new programme and generating a new report of record.
Reminders
Every admin is reminded 30 days and 7 days before an annual plan or a Pilot ends, and 7 days before a stopped monthly plan ends. Nothing is charged automatically.
Refunds
- Annual plans: you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment, if no programme has been launched under the paid term. Once one has, annual fees are not refundable.
- Monthly plans: a month already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded.
- Pilot: not refunded. Its platform and setup fee is credited against an annual plan bought within sixty days of it ending.
