Change, stop or add to your plan
Stop a monthly plan, update your card, move to another plan, or add interns to a Pilot.
Stop a monthly plan
- Go to Billing.
- Choose Stop monthly plan (1), then Yes, stop it.
Nothing more is charged. You keep everything to the end of the month you have paid for, programmes already running carry on after it, and nothing is deleted. Changed your mind? Choose Keep it after all before the end date.
Update your card
On a monthly plan paid by card, choose Update card. You change it on Stripe’s secure page.
If a monthly payment fails, every admin is told. Stripe tries again, and your programmes keep running while it does — update the card to avoid an interruption.
Move to a different plan
There is no button to switch tier while a plan is running.
- From monthly to annual: stop the monthly plan, and choose Annual once the month ends.
- To a larger tier: write to support@internroi.com and we will arrange it.
Add interns to a Pilot
A Pilot priced per intern covers the number of interns it was ordered for. If you need more, write to support@internroi.com. We add them at the same per-intern fee, up to the Pilot’s maximum, and invoice you. They are covered from the moment we record the payment.
If you try to add interns beyond your plan, you will see Your plan covers … intern(s) and … are already on running programmes.
