Problems accepting an invitation
What each invitation message means, and how to fix it.
How joining normally goes: Join a programme you were invited to.
“This invitation was issued to a different email address.”
You are signed in with another address. Choose Switch account, then sign in — or create an account — with the address the invitation was sent to.
“This invitation has expired.”
Links last 14 days. Ask your programme admin to choose Resend on your row; you will get a fresh link.
“This invitation link is not valid.”
Usually an older link: each resend replaces the previous one. Use the newest email, or ask your admin to resend. If the link was split across two lines in your email, make sure you opened all of it.
“This invitation was revoked.” / “This invitation has already been used.”
Revoked: ask your admin to invite you again. Already used: you have already joined — just sign in.
“That invitation is no longer open to this account.”
You chose Accept on your home screen, but the invitation was changed a moment before — usually resent to a different address. Ask your programme admin to send it again to the address you sign in with.
“This programme has finished, so the invitation can no longer be accepted.”
The programme has ended. Contact your programme admin if you think that is wrong.
I signed in and see “You're not on a programme yet”
Your account has no invitation waiting for it. Usually the invitation went to a different address — a work address rather than a personal one, or the other way round. The screen shows the address you are signed in with: ask your programme admin to invite that address, or sign in with the one your invitation was sent to.
I signed in and see “Your invitation is waiting”
Choose Accept on the invitation you are expecting. Your programme opens straight away.
I set up a company by mistake
Setting up a company makes you its admin, and an admin sees the company’s screens rather than a programme of their own — even after accepting an invitation. Write to support@internroi.com, saying which programme you meant to join.
I never received the invitation email
Check your spam folder. Then ask your admin to choose Resend, or to Copy link and send it to you directly. If your row on their roster reads Link ready — not emailed, no email went out, and the copied link is the only way it reaches you.
